Best take out in the area.
This is a take out restaurant. There are no tables to dine there. If you're looking for take out or delivery, then this is your place. The food is the best in the area and the prices are low.

Rude and rushed service.
After a few orders, I stopped ordering from this restaurant because the food was coming to me lukewarm. Today, I ordered again for the first time in a long time and received awful service. The woman on the phone was dismissive and rude when I was trying to give my order. For example, I tried to specify that I wanted my food hot when it arrived and she completely rushed my requests in an effort to get me off the phone. While I understand restaurants get busy, I am still a customer and I can honestly take my business elsewhere if I'm going to be serviced with disrespect!.

They're great
I don't order a wide variety of dishes there, but the food's good, they're cool going off-menu, and the lady who runs the place is really sweet. not the cheapest out there, but close, and the portions are huge. Great deal, great food, great service.

Best PFR ever!
Literally the best pork fried rice i've ever had. If someone knows of better PFR around here, I'd be surprised (and would like to know). Their General's chicken is solid too - as good or better than any of the other local delivery/carry-out options. As far as service, delivery is fast. And who cares how they answer the phone - it's delivery/carry-out. My orders have always been correct.

Fastest Service
It took exactly 10 min. for our food to come on a Friday night! We literally got of the phone and heard the knock at the door. Great Service and Food =]

Great food, fast service
I've had Chinese take-out from many different restaurant, but Top's is, well, tops. The staff is great and the woman who runs the place always has a friendly 'hello' for regular customers. Portions are large and the price is more than reasonable. To address some of the comments here, this is a take-out restaurant, so count on in-person take-out or home delivery. They don't have a dine-in area, which is fine.

Put it on the line
Great service and price, but need to fix the place up a little . Young lady needs training in answering the phone properly.
