    Good Food

From my first visit in 1978 when a waitress through some silverware at me and said she'd be right back - to when I stopped by last week while in town - this place is a classic. Always had a rep for wait staff that appeared surly, always had great fried ch

Well, it's got some nostalgia going for it

The Tune Inn is a dive. I used to go there just to be insulted by the waitresses (and they weren't imaginative). But they are open late, it's laid back so long as it isn't crowded, and is certainly an alternative to late night eating and drinking. However

    good food, great prices

Nice, comfortable, laid back bar and restaurant. If you are tired of high priced fancy restaurants in DC give the Tune Inn a try.
