place is a cafeteria. i tried calling my order in but the hostess didn't speak english very well and couldn't take my order over the phone so i walked over and got a place to sit. i asked for spaghetti and meatballs and they said the closest they had was spaghetti with bolognese. i ordered ravioli with bolognese and received ravioli and a light cream sauce - i didn't say anything and just took it because the guy was already in a bad mood and i didn't want to deal with it - and if you're hungry what's the difference. i asked the guy for additional bread and he looked at me like i was the person who caused the financial melt down - so i told him he could keep it and sorry for asking. i also ordered a spinach salad. the bill was $19 for a sub par meal and a staff that wants you to order and be gone. a refund would have been nice but i'd let mr. vapiano keep the $19 if he could give me the 30 minutes of my life back - i'll never eat there again. there's plenty of better spots to go for a $19 pasta and salad meal...

I've been a couple times to Vapiano and have had an overall positive experience. When you walk in, you are given a sort of credit card to keep track of how much you consume and then pay at the front desk when leaving. The atmosphere is really fresh and hip (think indoor herb gardens and modern architectural elements). The pizza isn't the best in town, but it surprisingly good for the price. Lots of drink options and Italian food favorites. Outdoor seating is also a plus. Enjoy!
